ALI HORN is fast developing his own brand of psych-infused surfadelia. His second single released through The Label Recordings, Bloom follows on where the hazy Days Like Today left off with douses of The Stone Roses and Spiritualized audible. The video sees Ali floating through space, suitable for his cosmic guitar pop, but also because the song comes from a place of solitude as Ali explains: “I guess in essence it’s about loneliness, sitting around out of my head thinking about where all my friends and loved ones were, sending them love and good vibes and hoping they were doing the same.”
