HANNAH’S LITTLE SISTER celebrate their first single, 20, with a Colin the Caterpillar cake, booze and what could have only been a very large Costco shopping spree indeed. The video, shot by close friend of the band Beebo Boobin, was put together by the band and recorded by the Liverpool-via-Burnley four piece’s rehearsal space and reflects Hannah’s Little Sister’s DIY ethos.

The track itself is a perfect introduction to Hannah’s Little Sister, a band who won over a Shipping Forecast crowd at the July Bido Lito! Social last year and recently put on a storming set at Smithdown Road Festival. 20, set for release on 1st June, brings to mind college rockers Weezer and antipodean hot property Courtney Barnett and explores the feeling of reaching the birthday milestone while still feeling like a child.

“Truthfully it was just an excuse for us to eat loads of food and make a lot of mess. Much like any birthday party at any age,” the band explain, “you eat too much food, have too much fun and inevitably you end up feeling sick, full and tired.”
